I bought this for lower back nerve pain it did help the pain but only while wearing it. You can't wear it while sleeping so it's a bit annoying as when I get in bed is when I'm most in pain. Only works while it's on when it's off pain is back. Maybe more suited for period pains

as far as a cleaning product goes i'd say it's bare minimum. But for the price i guess it's okay. I love the idea of the spray, but for toys with ridges etc. it doesn't do much. It's good for smooth surfaces. There is better out there but for an affordable price try it out. I guess it works for some but not for others
